MATTING & CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

MATTING

Severe matting takes extra time to safely remove and it will require on extra charge of $20 or more. 

 

Please Note that we groom humanely and the only option  to remove matts is to shave it down. I will discuss this with you first.

 

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW 

 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment time or you will be charge half the groom service price. Fail to do so, no future appointments will be made.
