MATTING & CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

MATTING

Severe matting takes extra time to safely remove and it will require on extra charge of $20 or more. 

Please Note that we groom humanely and the only option  to remove matts is to shave it down. I will discuss this with you first.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time or you will be charge half the groom service price.
